Northwoods Private Vacation Home is set on the shores of Turtle Lake with 30 acres of tall pines and tress. This 20-person secluded-private home has seven bedrooms, 4 1/2 bathrooms an extensive yard with plenty of space for our family enjoyment.
This private, seven-bedroom cabin retreat is cozy and spacious with a central stone fireplace and stunning custom woodwork. The fully equipped modern kitchen is stocked with cookware and new appliances, while an open dining area and adjacent breakfast bar provides plenty of eating space for the whole group.
You can sit and relax in either of the sitting/living room areas or on the out side deck. On the main floor it is furnished with plush sofas, deep armchair with an ottoman, gas fireplace and satellite TV. There is a four season porch with a table and chairs surrounded by windows over looking the lake. The ground level has pool table, bar sink, futon couch, couch and a half, satellite TV and walks out to the fire pit with two picnic tables and Adirondack chairs. The large deck overlooking the lake has deck furniture and a a gas grill. Sunsets are amazing from here!!!
Outside you can enjoy the expansive yard, fire pit surrounded by bricks, Adirondack chairs and picnic tables or relax on the dock, play on the swim raft, build sand castles at the sandy beach or use the play set with the kiddos. We do offer pontoons, boat and motors, canoes, kayaks, hydro bikes, paddle boards and paddle boats for rent at Camp Holiday Resort & Campground. During the winter you can hop on the snowmobile trail, snow showing, hiking and ice fishing.
Sleeping arrangements: Northwoods Private Vacation Home has seven bedrooms furnished with a master suite with king-sized bed overlooking Turtle Lake, one king-sized bed, five queen-sized beds, three twin-sized beds, futon couch and a chair and half. There are also 4.5 baths with TWO jetted tubs!!
This large-group vacation rental is located about a half mile down the lakefront of Turtle Lake from Camp Holiday Resort & Campground, giving guests the ability to settle into their own private space while also enjoying easy access to tons of resort amenities. On-site shared amenities at Camp Holiday include outdoor sport courts, a playground, a sand beach, rafts, a boat ramp, a sauna, a fish cleaning house and a complimentary freezer service for successful fishing days. You will also have access to water rentals including boats and motors, kayaks, canoes, paddle boats and hydro-bikes. There is also a convenience store with live bait and tackle.
Start your day lakeside—coffee in hand, toes in the sand. Turtle Lake offers a postcard-perfect setting for paddleboarding, kayaking, or just floating off the swim raft. Kids will love the sandy beach and playground set, while adults can lounge on the dock or challenge each other to a paddleboat race. And just a half mile down the shoreline, you’ve got access to all the shared fun at Camp Holiday Resort & Campground.
There, you’ll find sport courts, a water slide and rafts, a sandy swim beach, a fish cleaning house, a sauna, and even a freezer service to stash the day’s catch. Rent pontoons, boats and motors, canoes, paddle boats, hydro-bikes—you name it. There’s also a handy convenience store stocked with live bait, tackle, snacks, and those last-minute essentials.
Back at the cabin, the fire pit becomes the heart of the property each evening. Roast s’mores, share stories, and take in the stillness of the Northwoods. If the weather turns chilly, head inside to the game-ready lower level for pool, board games, or a cozy movie night.
Come winter, adventure shifts gears. Snowmobile trails run nearby, and the property is ideal for snowshoeing, hiking, and ice fishing. Whether you’re here to unplug or play hard, this is your four-season basecamp for big memories.

Northwoods Private Vacation Home has a minimum required stay of 3 to 7 nights from Memorial to Labor Day weekend. Two nights for rest of year.
Quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.
Pets must be on a leash and cannot be left unattended.
No dirt bikes, jet skis or motorized recreation vehicles.
Please register at the camp office upon arrival.

We traveled all over for a week and found this place our last 2 nights just googling places. It had everything you could need camping and then some! Right off the lake! Maintained grounds and clean!! We stayed off the lake in one of the electric/water campsites. It had a fire pit, dock, and a covered picnic table! I think the campsites are a perfect size and you can choose by the lake or up in the back by the woods! They offer cabins and 2 beaches. The water is clean and clear and the swimming area closest to the office was weeded and nice! A little something for all ages and boat rentals! We just spent 7 days at Camp Holiday Resort. I highly recommend this to anyone that wants a quiet and relaxing stay. We appreciated that the cabin was clean, comfortable, and WOW what a view from our bedroom in cabin 3. Three bedroom and a pullout futon. Plenty of space for all 6 of us. Right on the lake. The grounds were kept up nicely! Friendly owners, and lots to do. They have lots of things to rent, check out the website on all that they offer. You get your own fire pit, many docks to fish off of , and a charcoal grill. The lake is very small so it feels so private and calm, but if you want the larger lake you can get to it through the channel. Loved our family time together!
