Check-in time is 5 PM Friday and check-out time is 10 AM firm so that we can clean the cabin for the next guests. Rental agreement and liability forms are signed 24 after the confirmed reservation.

No more than 2 dogs on leashes at all times on the property. No cats allowed. Minimum age to rent is 28.
100% refund of the amount paid if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in. 50% refund of the amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in. No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in.
We stayed here with our immediate family (2 adults, 3 kids) and my MIL and FIL. The bunkhouse was a nice option to give us more space and room to spread out. The A/C and dishwasher work well and the beds are comfortable -- all of which often seem to be lacking in many VRBOs. The A/C kept up with temps near 100. Kitchen is well-stocked with cooking utensils, pots and pans, etc. The lake is great for swimming and water sports, decent fishing and the bottom near the shoreline is sandy. The cabin is located on a smaller bay with less boat traffic than the main lake, which also meant that even on windy days we could swim easily right off the dock. Owner has 5 kayaks available for use that we utilize nearly every day. Paddling out to enjoy the sunset after dinner was a big hit with my kids. Owner has plenty of life jackets of all sizes available if you need them. Owner was extremely responsive when a few issues came up and addressed them immediately. 100% would stay here again. Kelly K.
Great layout and size for the 14 of us. Loved the peace and quiet and privacy of our own property. Wish more sand beaches for little ones to play and the option to have a boat available with a house. Enjoyed the dock, but especially the great view from the deck and spaciousness with plenty of seating and tables. Appreciated the availability of laundry facilities. Utilized many of the garage games daily. Thoroughly enjoyed the fire ring. Will definitely consider a return stay. Peggy G.

Our stay was wonderful. We had a large extended family all staying together. Ages from 2-70 years old and it was perfect for everyone. The pictures provided do not do this place justice. We love family and family time. We hope you can make great family memories at the Main House or Guest House (or both) Kayaks, Lily Pad, and Garage are available from May 15 -to September 20th. Our rentals are just a few miles from the Paul Bunyan Trail and the firepit is ready for s' mores!
