During the winter, snowshoers, cross-country skiers, and snowmobilers will have a blast exploring the beautiful, frozen terrain. For other land fun, head to Lake Miltona Golf Club for a relaxing round of golf on this beautiful 18-hole course. The quiet country roads also make for great walking or biking.
When your stomach starts growling and you aren’t up to cleaning the day’s catch, there a few delicious options to choose from; Chet’s Lakeside Inn sits right on the shore of Lake Irene and are renowned for their fried chicken. The golf course also serves up scrumptious food, and just south of there is Herby’s Bar Grill & Cafe.
